Text messages to friends that evening also say the same thing. According to the New York Post, they talked about using drugs. Neighbors also claim they saw the men carrying cases of beer into the house.
Experts say the men may have overdosed on alcohol and drugs or passed out from drinking outside – and froze to death in January’s near-freezing temperatures.
Jordan W., the host himself, is not considered a suspect. According to his own statements, he cannot remember well. “He was sleeping. “He was on the couch,” his lawyer told the New York Post.
