The units were sold at Costway.com, Walmart and Target locations between May 2023 and July 2026. The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall alert stating that the units do not come with a "passive restraint system," potentially allowing a child to fall through the opening between the seat and the feeding tray. So far, no injuries have been reported. Customers are urged to stop using the recalled high chairs and contact Costway directly for a replacement.
