French Custard’s future kiosk in KC’s West Bottoms will feature a new concept
Called Fruit Spun Ice Cream Co., the kiosk will feature a soft serve item that blends fresh fruit with ice cream into a refreshing treat. The duo behind Brookside ice cream shop French Custard are set to open a new kiosk in the West Bottoms, where large-scale redevelopment is underway. The new outdoor kiosk will feature a new concept called Fruit Spun Ice Cream Co. It will serve New Zealand-style ice cream, inspired by the Zeds Real Fruit Ice Cream stand in Austin, Texas. The kiosk is expected to be open seasonally and open for holidays, events and warm weather in 2027.
