The Kansas City, Kansas Pop-Up at the Kansas City Kansas Public Library is held by my staff to help people with issues with the federal government, such as stalled tax refunds, Social Security and Medicare issues, backlogged veterans’ benefits, and other issues. These Pop Up office hours are held by staff only for individuals with specific circumstances. To help with these issues, my staff schedules individual appointments in 15 minute intervals to learn more about the individual circumstances.
